* Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach,
and conversions).
* Use insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
5. Platform Management:
* Stay updated on platform algorithms, features, and best practices for platforms such as
