Job Description:
A CNC Operator, also known as a CNC Machinist, is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. They translate blueprints into machine instructions, load materials, monitor machine operations, and ensure quality control. CNC Operators work with various materials and machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to create a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:CNC Operators set up and operate CNC machines, which may include lathes, mills, and routers.

Material Handling:They load raw materials into the machines and unload finished parts.

Blueprint Interpretation:CNC Operators read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications and dimensions.

Programming and Adjustments:They may program or enter instructions into the CNC machines and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
