Sales Executive – Accessories

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive for Car Accessories to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, with strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their accessory needs based on the vehicle model.

• Showcase and promote a wide range of car accessories (seat covers, infotainment systems, mats, safety tools, etc.).

• Upsell and cross-sell accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and boost revenue.

• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate the usage of accessories.

• Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure timely installation.

• Handle billing and basic documentation related to accessory sales.

• Maintain inventory and ensure display units are well-stocked and presentable.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Graduate or 12th pass with strong sales skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail store sales, preferably in automobile accessories or electronics.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Strong knowledge of car accessories and an interest in automotive products.

• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, etc.)
