Position:          Operation Executive (Corporate)

Location:         Ahmedabad

Experience:     4 - 5 Years

Industries:       Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Should be Work as Plant Head with analytical skills
• Should have perform project (Green Field / Bown Field)
• Should be exposed to sterile operation
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the overall organizational objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights into operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Oversee the operational budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Monitor financial performance, conduct regular cost analyses, and recommend budget
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across all business functions.
• Implement process automation tools and techniques to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry 

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
