Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems:Creating and maintaining quality control procedures, standards, and specifications for tile production.

Overseeing Inspections:Managing and conducting inspections of tiles at various stages of production (raw materials, in-process, final product) to identify defects and deviations from standards.

Analyzing Data and Reporting:Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. Creating reports and presentations for management.

Leading and Training Staff:Supervising and mentoring a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance on quality standards, and conducting training sessions.

Collaborating with Other Departments:Working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Managing Supplier Relationships:Collaborating with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements and establishing quality standards for incoming materials.

Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring that the tile production process adheres to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve the quality control process and implementing corrective and preventative actions to minimize defects and waste.
