Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, supporting sales initiatives, managing marketing events, and gathering actionable market intelligence. This position requires effective collaboration across departments including Sales, Service, Design, and Manufacturing to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & Expo Management

• Plan and execute participation in domestic expos and trade shows.

• Coordinate stall design, marketing materials, and all logistics for seamless execution.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure on-ground success during events.

2. Sales Enablement & Seminar Support

• Support the sales team by organizing customer seminars and ensuring timely delivery of branding and marketing collaterals.

• Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce visually compelling on-site branding.

• Offer technical inputs to enhance the accuracy and impact of promotional content.

3. Market Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth competition analysis for existing and emerging product categories.

• Track and report on competitor pricing, product launches, and marketing strategies in coordination with the sales team.

4. Project Reporting & Industry Updates

• Prepare and circulate weekly reports using the Projects Today database to support lead follow-ups.

• Share timely industry news and updates with management and sales teams using curated online sources.

5. Database Management

• Maintain and regularly update the global database of customer installations segmented by product categories.

6. Content Creation & Collateral Development

• Create engaging case studies showcasing major installations and client success stories.

• Collaborate with the manufacturing and service teams to gather data for marketing materials.

• Support new product launches through development of high-impact collaterals for internal brands and alliance partners.

7. Cross-Functional Process Support

• Assist with internal process improvement initiatives, especially during event seasons and restructuring exercises.
