Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing solutions and the ability to tailor sales pitches to diverse industries. You will play a pivotal role in scaling the agency's business by identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and leading a high-performance sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and enterprises to grow revenue streams.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objective
Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.

 

 

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in a marketing agency, digital advertising, media sales, or related industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding, influencer marketing, OEM product launches and creative pitches.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships.
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to mentor and lead a team, fostering a highperformance sales culture.
• Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to decision-making and sales strategy.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales).
