We Are Hiring Senior US Recruiter – Government (IT & Non-IT) In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Senior US Recruiter – Government (IT & Non-IT)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site only)
Shift: EST Time Zone (Night Shift)
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for federal and government clients.

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various IT & Non-IT roles.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels including ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical and professional qualifications.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure compliance with client requirements and government hiring standards.

Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand client needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in US staffing (IT & Non-IT), with strong focus on federal/government projects.

Proven success working with federal clients and government contracting positions (90%+ of total experience).

Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job boards.

Ability to work in a US Eastern Time Zone shift (night shift).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.

Must be able to work from the Ahmedabad office (this is a compulsory in-office role).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal hiring regulations.

Experience in high-volume recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
