Back Office Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office tasks including data entry, filing, and document control.

Maintain and update client and service records using MS Excel.

Prepare and format reports, quotations, and invoices in MS Word and Excel.

Assist in preparing and maintaining ISO documentation and compliance reports.

Coordinate with field staff to schedule service appointments and maintain job tracking records.

Respond to customer queries via phone or email and provide administrative support.

Ensure proper filing and secure storage of all company documents.

Support internal audits and ensure all back-office records are audit-ready.
Requirements:
-
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related fields).
-
0 to 4 years of relevant experience in office administration or documentation.
-
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
-
Knowledge of ISO documentation procedures is an advantage.
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
