Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office tasks including data entry, filing, and document control.

  • Maintain and update client and service records using MS Excel.

  • Prepare and format reports, quotations, and invoices in MS Word and Excel.

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining ISO documentation and compliance reports.

  • Coordinate with field staff to schedule service appointments and maintain job tracking records.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone or email and provide administrative support.

  • Ensure proper filing and secure storage of all company documents.

  • Support internal audits and ensure all back-office records are audit-ready.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related fields).

  • 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in office administration or documentation.

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Knowledge of ISO documentation procedures is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
