Job Title: Supervisor – Internal Operations (Genset Industry)
Location: District Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month
Experience: 3–5 years (Preferably from Jackson, TATA, or Leyland Genset background)

Job Description:
We are hiring a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage internal operations and team performance within the Genset industry. The candidate will oversee day-to-day team activities, ensure execution quality, and provide regular operational reports to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise internal technical and field teams
• Ensure timely project execution and service delivery
• Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and resolve internal issues
• Maintain MIS reports and update the Director regularly
• Coordinate with sales, service, and technical departments for smooth workflow

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the Genset industry
• Preference for candidates from Jackson, TATA, or Leyland background
• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
• Technically sound with knowledge of Genset operations
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
