Executive /Sr. Executive - Invoicing and Commercial

Job Description:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.

• Forecast demand and manage supply planning to ensure product availability.

• Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and distribution.

• Optimize inventory levels and ensure effective inventory control systems.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, finance, and other departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.

• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies across the supply chain.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).

• Proven experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
