Job Description:

1. Upstream and Downstream Fermentation Production Process
2. Monthly Production Batches Planning/lab planning
3. To achieve Production Targets
4. Work Allocation to subordinates
5. Stock Coordination
6. Documentation
7. Inter Department Co-ordination
- Specific Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Fermentation
• Good Biotechnology knowledge
- Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operation of both Upstream and Downstream process as per the batch plan
2. In-Processsampling and coordination with respective laboratoriesforresults.
3. Assisting shift in charge for Production activities in Shifts
4. Perform assigned work on daily basis and report in clear manner
5. Maintain RM & consumables stock in coordination with Stores to avoid any Production
delays.
6. Arrange requisite resourcesfor planned tasks and targets for the day
7. Supervising proper housekeeping of Production area
