JobSummary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenuegrowthbyidentifyingandpursuing new businessopportunitiesthroughoutbound salesefforts.The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting our products/ services to meet those needs.
KeyResponsibilities
ProspectingandleadGeneration:
o Identifypotentialcustomersandqualifyandtarget markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
o GeneratenewleadsUsingvarioussourcessuchasdatabases,social media, and industry events and maintain until logical closure.
o Customizeemailsforindustryrelevanceandfixtechnical meetings
with BANT-qualifiedleads.
o Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and offer tailored solutions.
CRMManagement:
o Manage the leadspipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM.
o Prioritizeleadstomeetweekly/monthly/quarterlyMarketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
o Maintainandenrichthedatabaseregularly.
CollaborationandTeamwork:
o Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing, product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
o Share insights, feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute tothe continuous improvementofsales processes.
