Job Description:
Seeking an experienced **Office 365 ** to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and supporting Office 365 applications 24/7, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
## Mandatory Key Responsibilities:
- **Office 365 Application Management:**
- Administer and support core Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, Teams functionality, SharePoint accessibility, and OneDrive synchronization.
- Provide end-user support for Office 365 application-related issues, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
- **License Management:**
- Administer and manage Office 365 licenses across the organization.
- Track and optimize license usage to ensure cost-effective allocation and renewals.
- Provide recommendations for license upgrades and additions as needed.
- **Security and Compliance:**
- Implement best practices for securing Office 365 environments, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), password policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies, ensuring the protection of organizational data.
- **Collaboration and Integration:**
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration between Office 365 applications and on-premise systems.
- Provide support for hybrid environments and assist in the migration of on-premises services to the cloud.
### Required Qualifications:
- **Expert knowledge** with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- **Expert knowledge** of Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, group management, and application integration.
- Strong **understanding of mail flow issues**, troubleshooting mail delivery problems, and managing email configurations.
- Familiarity with **Teams administration**, resolving call, chat, and meeting issues.
- Experience with **Conditional Access policies** and security best practices in Azure AD.
- Expertise in managing Office 365 **licenses** and understanding various licensing models.
### Preferred Skills:
- Experience with **PowerShell scripting** for automation of routine tasks.
- Familiarity with **Hybrid Exchange** and ** Active Directory**.
- Certifications such as **Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert**.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Escalations handling via phone email from client and coordinating with teams until resolution or satisfaction.
· Email Monitoring and calls handing.
· Coordinating with all teams and pushing on a single bridge for Resolution ASAP.
· Ensuring CR SLA’s meet
· DC Team shift Roster managing and sharing the updated one with client weekly.
