Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Network Support Engineer to join our team permanently. The candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting cloud network infrastructure and ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain AWS networking (VPC, subnets, NAT, gateways, Route 53)
- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, VPN, and performance issues
- Manage Linux-based servers (installation, configuration, patching, monitoring)
- Maintain security groups, firewalls, and access control policies
- Automate routine tasks using shell scripting or tools like Ansible
- Monitor systems using AWS CloudWatch, Nagios, or similar tools
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud networking
- Strong Linux server administration.
- Proficient in networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, VPN
- Basic scripting (Bash, Python preferred)
- AWS Certification (Networking or Sy sops) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
