Hiring Sales Executive/ Manager for petrochemical products and services provider across the country

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term relationships with clients across the country. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a results-driven mindset to promote our petrochemical products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in assigned regions.

• Identify new business opportunities and key growth sectors within the petrochemical market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, R&D) to ensure customer needs are met.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients and partners.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and ethical standards relevant to the petrochemical industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the petrochemical or chemical industry.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong network within the petrochemical or industrial supply sectors.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel domestically as required.
