Sales Executive/ Manager
Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term relationships with clients across the country. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a results-driven mindset to promote our petrochemical products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in assigned regions. 
- 
Identify new business opportunities and key growth sectors within the petrochemical market. 
- 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. 
- 
Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics. 
- 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. 
- 
Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, R&D) to ensure customer needs are met. 
- 
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. 
- 
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients and partners. 
- 
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and ethical standards relevant to the petrochemical industry. 
Qualifications & Experience:
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
- 
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the petrochemical or chemical industry. 
- 
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
- 
Strong network within the petrochemical or industrial supply sectors. 
- 
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. 
- 
Ability to travel domestically as required.
