Job Description:
Post: Bottling Manager
Experience: Min 10 Years of Experience in Brewery / Distillery line. wine industries candidate should be preferred
Salary Budge: 8 to 10 LPA
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Management & Planning:
- Lead, manage and coordinate the Bottling Department and personnel to support the Company’s manufacturing, quality, and long and short-term goals.
- Continually improve workflow and productivity, lower costs and improve quality.
- Actively work with planning to ensure high service levels and Produce to Plan targets are met.
- Participate in production-wide improvement activities focused on safety, cost, quality, and product delivery.
- Participate in the development of short and long-term budgets, staffing requirements, operating plans and capital plans to support the Company’s goals.
- Employee safety and sustainability initiatives into all activities. Conducts required safety training.
People Management:
- Develop and lead a team of strong, experienced and creative team coaches and employees who are capable of meeting the challenges of a rapidly changing business and just-in-time production.
- Support working Team Coaches in the development, training and facilitating of work teams by:
- Providing resources for personal development
- Giving clear expectations and holding team accountable with continuous communications and coaching
- Developing succession plans for all key positions
- Guide, develop and coach direct reports to contribute to a positive work environment.
- The track, review and implement employee ideas for improvement.
Compliance:
- Understands and ensures compliance with all safety requirements. Drives behavioral safety culture.
- Understands and ensures regulatory compliance and works collaboratively with regulatory/governmental agencies.
- Provides data and reports in a format useful to the specific management as needed.
Must Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, Food Technology or related field and a minimum of Ten years related experience in manufacturing management or equivalent education/experience combination.
- Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven management experience to lead diverse groups of employees.
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet established deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. English fluency required Bi-lingual (English/Marathi) preferred.
- Highly collaborative team player with an ability to work successfully in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment.
- Hands-on energetic approach coupled with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and to employ excellent business judgment.
- High degree of accountability.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bilingual: English, Hindi, Marathi preferred.
- Prior experience in the wine industry, preferred.
