Position:         Marketing Development Officer

Location:         Aurangabad

Experience:      2 - 5 Years

Industries:       Biotech

Responsibilities: 

• Market Development:
• Identify and develop new markets for existing and upcoming pharmaceutical products.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements or new strategies.
• Marketing Execution:
• Implement product promotional campaigns and activities in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure the effective use and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., visual aids, samples, doctor engagement tools).
• Support the execution of CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, doctor meets, and other promotional events.
• Sales Support:
• Collaborate with Medical Representatives and Sales Managers to understand ground - level challenges and provide strategic inputs.
• Monitor field activities and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
• Support the achievement of regional sales targets by assisting the sales team with marketing tools and strategies.
• Training & Development:
• Assist in product and marketing training for newly recruited field force.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning through ongoing team coordination.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, product performance, and market feedback.
• Provide actionable insights to the marketing team based on field observations.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 4.25 LPA
