Job Description:

Position:        Store Executive

Location:        Vapi   

Experience:    1 - 2 Years   

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily reports to identify areas needing improvement.
• Procuring samples and packing and courier with documentation and also courier details mail to parties and sales persons.
• Regular monitoring the material management and overall material stores and listing the requirement to maintain minimum stock value and as well as Quarterly audit of material inventory.
• Maintaining physical stock of all types of materials and verify with system data i.e. RM/FG/WIP/Packing/Utility items/PPEs.
• Maintaining return/rejected stocks by communicating with concern team e.g. production/sales.
• Maintaining MIS report including electricity reading & head count of manpower.
• Responsible for all types of packing materials trials as per our dimension’s requirement.
• Supervision inward & outward with materials check list and maintain data in the system.
• Supervise & housekeeping.
• To communicate the reporting manager & team for any query in the reports & planning.
• To mandatory maintain of requisition slip for issue of all materials on regular basis.
• Responsible for ensuring proper packing methods for trial samples before dispatching to the customer.
• Arrangments of Transportation for Dispatch Team.

 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams and provide clear technical recommendations.
• Comfort and experience presenting at industry events and conferences.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: -  Upto 2.40 LPA
