Job Description:

Sr. Project Manager (Software Development - Blockchain)
Description
We are looking for a visionary and technically adept Senior Project Manager with
hands-on expertise in blockchain technology to lead mission-critical software
development projects, primarily in e-governance domains such as land records, digital
health, and agri-tech. You will drive the implementation of decentralized solutions that
ensure transparency, integrity, and trust in public sector systems.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Blockchain Integration

1. Architect and manage blockchain-backed solutions using Ethereum, Hyperledger
Fabric, or other permissioned/permissionless blockchains.
2. Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with blockchain-specific
modules (e.g., smart contracts, consensus, digital identity, on-chain/off-chain
data).
3. Align decentralized application (dApp) development with strategic objectives of
government and public service platforms.
Technical Leadership
1. Guide teams of blockchain developers, cryptographers, frontend/backend
engineers, and QA testers.
2. Oversee the lifecycle of blockchain implementation: from PoC and pilots to
production deployment and monitoring.
3. Conduct code reviews for Solidity/Chaincode and validate security and
compliance with smart contract standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
1. Bridge the gap between tech and policy—translate blockchain solutions to non-
technical government stakeholders.
2. Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions focusing on real-world
public infrastructure digitization.
Risk & Governance
1. Proactively manage risks around scalability, privacy (e.g., ZKPs, DID), and
network performance.
2. Monitor evolving compliance landscapes, including blockchain data sovereignty
and legal enforceability of smart contracts.
Quality Assurance & UAT
1. Drive auditability and traceability of blockchain transactions.
2. Lead the integration of blockchain with traditional systems (APIs, databases,
identity providers).
Eligibility
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Blockchain Engineering, or related
technical field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years
dedicated to blockchain-based solutions.
3. Proven delivery of blockchain projects in land registry, supply chain, identity, or
public sector applications.
4. Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, Chaincode) and
frameworks like Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
5. Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID), Verifiable Credentials, and token
standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
6. Solid experience with Agile/Scrum, including running sprints, retrospectives, and
planning sessions.
Desired Eligibility
1. Certification in Blockchain Project Management, PMP, Scrum Master, or
equivalent.
2. Exposure to Layer 2 solutions, sidechains, or cross-chain interoperability tools
(e.g., Chainlink, Polygon, Cosmos).
3. Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs, confidential computing, and blockchain
security audits.
Travel
As and when required, across the country for project execution and monitoring as well
as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
Communication
 Submit a cover letter summarising your experience in relevant technologies and
software along with a resume and the Latest passport-size photograph.
