 Position:          Asst. Manager - IT

Responsibilities:   

• User Support:
• Provide efficient and effective user support
• Implement a solution to improve user satisfaction and productivity.
• Initial Troubleshooting
• Perform initial troubleshooting of SAP-related issues, including login problems, transaction errors, and system performance issues.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure network security, availability, and performance.
• Lead and Manage IT project from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Select and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.
• NDA signoff IT vendor
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget
• Oversee cost management and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate IT - related risks.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of IT system, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Familiarity with cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in cloud migration and management
• Ability to design a scalable and resilient IT system
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules like MM, PP, SD, and WM.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Data Management:
• Expertise in data governance, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.

 Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: -  BCA/B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Computer
