Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:Setting up and operating surface grinding machines (horizontal or vertical spindle, reciprocating orrotary table) to grind flat or contoured surfaces of metal or non-metal workpieces.

Setup and Adjustment:Positioning and securing workpieces, selecting appropriate grinding wheels and speeds, and adjustingmachine controls according to specifications.

Quality Control:Monitoring grinding processes, inspecting finished parts for conformance to specifications, and makingnecessary adjustments to maintain quality.
