Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a proven track record in sanitation and hygiene management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate ground staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility operations, sanitation, and hygiene

Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of ground staff, including housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance teams

Ensure quality control and assurance of sanitation and hygiene processes in all assigned facilities

Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Maintain detailed records of facility operations, staff performance, and maintenance activities
-
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related requirements

Effectively communicate with the management team, clients, and ground staff in Gujarati and Hindi

Travel within Ahmedabad as required to manage multiple facilities
Required Skills:
Primary Skills:

Expertise in facility management with a focus on sanitation and hygiene

Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes
Secondary Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi

Strong leadership and team management abilities

This is a leadership role requiring a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep

Candidates must be comfortable traveling locally within Ahmedabad as part of their job responsibilities
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Around INR 50,000 per month
