Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the packaging sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial/technical sales and be capable of building relationships with manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, and Manufacturing.

• Meet with clients to understand their packaging needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Handle the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and technical discussions to quotations and order closure.

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customization.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and forecasts.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong B2B/industrial sales experience (preferably in packaging, plastics, or related industries).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.

• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
