Store Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our warehouse/store operations for electronic appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other white goods. The candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory control, dispatch coordination, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching electronic goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.

Ensure safe storage and handling of large appliances and fragile goods.

Track incoming and outgoing products using inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, Excel).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store.

Monitor product shelf life and manage damaged or returned items.

Train and manage store assistants, loaders, and helpers.

Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management.
Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in warehouse/store management of consumer electronics or durable goods.

Knowledge of inventory software (ERP/Tally) and MS Excel.

Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Physical stamina to oversee loading/unloading operations if required.
Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or any relevant field.

Certification in Inventory/Store Management (preferred).

4–5 years of relevant experience in electronics/appliance distribution or retail.
