Job Description:

Job Title: Sales / MIS Coordinator

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales-related data, dashboards, and trackers

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and sales team

• Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch for smooth order execution

• Process sales orders and ensure timely documentation and invoicing

• Analyze sales performance and assist in forecasting and planning

• Respond to client queries and follow-up on order status and deliveries

• Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and client communications

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc) – MBA in Marketing or Operations preferred

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales coordination or MIS role, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG sector

• Skills Required: Advanced Excel, strong communication, time management, ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
