Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead and manage zonal sales operations across Delhi, NCR, UP, Punjab, and Rajasthan.
 • Drive growth in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, and Hospital-based therapies.
 • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
 • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
 • Mentor and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
 • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities across the zone.
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and medical affairs.
 
Candidate Profile:
 • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with significant exposure to Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Sales.
 • Proven track record of handling multiple states or zones.
 • Strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
 • Experience in the East Zone is a plus.
 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
 • Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
