Job Description:
| 1 | Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes |
| 2 | Devise and review specifications for products or processes. |
| 3 | Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance. |
| 4 | Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations |
| 5 | Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. |
| 6 | Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards |
| 7 | Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements |
| 8 | Approve the right products or reject defectives |
| 9 | Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis |
| 10 | Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met |
| 11 | Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives |
| 12 | Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures |
| 13 | Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks |
| 14 | Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality |
| 15 | Satisfying customer expectations about the product's quality |
| 16 | Creating production plans for new products to guarantee quality from stage one |
| 17 | Scheduling project plans along with the project team to fit project deadlines |
| 18 | Complying with ISO accreditation requirements |
| 19 | Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions |
| 20 | Training new Quality Control employees |
| 21 | Continuing education on newly developing Quality Control techniques |
| 22 | Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)and ensure compliance |
| 23 | Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies |
| 24 | Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures. |
| 25 | Champion a program for the implementation and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture |
| 26 | Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits |
| 27 | Undertake internal and process audits of theQuality Management System(QMS) |
| 28 | Report against agreed quality metrics on a monthly basis |
| 29 | Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality |
| 30 | Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions |
| 31 | Produce written reports and make presentations |
| 32 | Undertake continuous training and development |
| 33 | Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems |
