Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Systems Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for financial systems and help users with system issues, month-end closing, and financial data reporting. The role also involves supporting system improvements, training users, and maintaining master data accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Systems Support (L1/L2):

    • Help users with financial system issues.

    • Work with the IT team to resolve system tickets.

    • Approve and manage user access for financial systems.

  2. Month-End Closing (MEC) Support:

    • Assist in processing financial transactions and data uploads.

    • Help with data checks, reconciliations, and reporting during month-end.

    • Work with BI and HUB teams to ensure accurate financial reports.

  3. Master Data & Compliance:

    • Guide users on creating correct financial master data.

    • Ensure all processes follow company policies.

  4. User Training & Support:

    • Provide training and system awareness for finance and non-finance users.

    • Be the go-to person for system-related questions.

  5. System Improvements:

    • Support system upgrades and improvements.

    • Prepare simple documentation (BRD) for system changes.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

  • Experience with SAP Financial systems and financial reports.

  • Good understanding of month-end closing and financial data.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of IT ticketing systems.
