Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for water jet and plasma cutting machines across
various industries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

2. Relationship Building & Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and technical concerns.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences for networking and market research.

4. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence:
- Continuously expand knowledge of water jet, plasma cutting, and related technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to support product development and improvements.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, particularly in industrial
machinery or manufacturing technologies (water jet cutting, plasma cutting, laser
cutting, or related).
o Experience in selling capital equipment or technical solutions is a plus.
o Willingness to travel extensively across India as part of the role.

Preferred:
• Experience in laser cutting, laser marking, or other advanced machining technologies.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing and production processes in industries such as
automotive, aerospace, and metalworking.
• Willingness to travel as required meeting with clients, providing demonstrations, and attending
industry events.
