Sales Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with large infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, and government departments (defense, public works, ministries, etc.).

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and procurement authorities involved in mega projects and government tenders.

Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and bids.

Lead the tendering process, including pre-qualification, documentation, compliance checks, and pricing negotiations.

Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to develop customized solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to maintain a strong pipeline.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in dealings with government clients.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
-
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience selling engineering products to mega infrastructure projects and/or government entities such as defense or ministries.

Deep understanding of public procurement processes, tendering procedures, and compliance requirements.

Strong network of contacts in infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, and government departments.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
