🗣️About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

🗣️Key Responsibilities:
(i) Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
(ii) Manage and train staff to deliver high standards of service and hospitality.
(iii) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
(iv) Maintain inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
(v) Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
(vi) Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints promptly.
(vii) Create staff schedules and manage payroll submissions.
(viii) Support marketing efforts and promotions to drive customer traffic.
(ix) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
