Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in export accounting to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically handling export documentation, invoicing, and compliance. This role requires excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, shipping documentation, and export incentives like MEIS/RODTEP.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Export Accounting:

• Prepare and maintain export invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other statutory documentation.

• Reconcile export sales with shipping and bank realization data (BRC/FIRC).

• Monitor outstanding export receivables and coordinate with banks for inward remittances.

• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and DGFT regulations related to export transactions.

• Handle documentation and tracking of export benefits (MEIS, RODTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.).

📊 General Accounting:

• Post and process journal entries, expense vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain ledgers, prepare monthly financial reports, and support year-end audits.

• Handle TDS/GST filings, reconciliation, and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

• Assist in preparing cash flow reports and MIS as required by management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Export Documentation, BRC, and DGFT procedures.

• Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho / SAP / or other accounting software.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Statutory Compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, with minimum 2 years in export accounting
