Job Title: Assistant Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support the daily
operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR
strategies, ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance, and providing
administrative support to the Senior HR Manager. This position offers an opportunity to
contribute to talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes,
scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Assist in handling employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional
manner.
• Coordinate training and development programs as directed by the Senior HR
Manager.
• Help monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
• Ensure HR operations are in compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational
guidelines.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for internal use or audits.
• Participate in employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and internal
communication.
• Provide administrative support for disciplinary procedures, policy updates, and other
HR functions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or support role.
• Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, training, and
performance management.
• Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
