Job Description:
We are having an opening for the position of Head Post Sales Operations with one of our very reputed client in Real-estate Service Industry in CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai).
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of representatives offering customer and Channel Partner support
. • Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Implement and maintain systems and processes that will effectively eliminate error, increase response time, improve communication and record outcomes in relation to all aspects of the customer experience.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
• Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

• Conflict handling and resolution
• Good convincing skills
• Good inter-department coordination
Education and Experience:
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Post Sales experience in Real estate mandatory
• Should have managed a team of 15 to 20
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
