We Are Hiring Sales Manager (PL,BL) In Satna.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Personal Loan & Business Loan

Department: Unsecured Lending

Location: [Specify Location]

Reports To: Area Sales Head / Regional Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of unsecured products: Personal Loans and Business Loans.

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales officers and channel partners.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Analyze creditworthiness of leads before submission to credit teams.

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure TAT compliance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, income documentation, and internal policies.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for team and partners.

  • Generate MIS and provide periodic sales reports to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in PL/BL sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in unsecured lending.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team management skills.

  • Good understanding of credit risk, income evaluation, and market sourcing techniques.
