Position: HR & Admin Officer
Location: Sarigam
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Must have good knowledge of Legal Compliance and Liaoning.
- Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
- Effective implementation of factory & labour laws Inspector of Factories, PF Commissioners.
- Wage and salary administration.
- Should have knowledge PF Profile Summary.
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Contract Labour Management.
- Grievance handling.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
