Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:
Stride Software Company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The CSM will be the key point of contact for clients post-implementation, focusing on retention, satisfaction, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, data-driven, and passionate about long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.

Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Understand client goals and align our software solutions to deliver measurable results.

Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure continued value.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work closely with the sales team.

Monitor customer health scores and address risks proactively.

Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams to drive product and service improvements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback.

Organize and lead training sessions or webinars for customers as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong understanding of SaaS products, software implementations, or tech support.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with CRM or customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Zoho).
