Position:          Civil Executive

Location:         Mundra

Experience:     4 - 6 Years 

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:     

• Plan, execution and supervision of maintenance and project jobs so that they are completed in time, within budget, as per quality and comply with safety norms.
• Preparation of budget for civil maintenance and project jobs.
• Coordinate daily with other departments for execution of civil maintenance and project jobs and get proper safety permit.
• Allocation of job to contractors on daily basis.
• Coordinate with consultant/Civil Manger for designing of civil foundation and structures.
• Read and interpret the technical drawings & layout of all the facilities & details.
• Prepare PR & move orders & tracking of maintenance work done on daily basis
• Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required for modification & projects activities.
• Give TBT, safety talk, BBS, as per defined frequency to civil contract workers.
• Listing out the defects & maintenance work of each building-structures regularly.
• Check and certify measurement of contractors’ job.
• Maintain sufficient stock of required civil material to ensure smooth execution of job
• Take all the site sketch/details of modification in layout & details for updating civill drawings.
• Maintain IMS & Housekeeping data related to civil activities.
• Coordination and liaison with Factory Inspector, SEZ authorities for civil & project works.

Salary: - Upto 8.00 LPA
