Job Title: HR Manager – Factory Operations & Recruitment
Experience: Minimum 2 years (plant/factory HR experience mandatory)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage factory-level HR operations and drive recruitment for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a plant environment, with a strong understanding of labor compliance, workforce management, and blue-collar hiring. Experience in the gems & jewellery industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the factory level

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles, including blue-collar staffing

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations

• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions

• Coordinate with production and admin teams for manpower planning

• Drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement and training

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a plant/factory setup

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Preferred background in gems & jewellery manufacturing
