Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive Purchase

Reporting to: Manager Purchase/GM-Purchase/VP (Operations)

Function / Location: Purchase related activities and assist to Head Purchase A’bad

Job Purpose: To Assist in Purchase activities, follow up for material procurement and maintain purchase documents

Principal Accountabilities            :

1. As per the guideline and process initiate the purchasing process, calling quotations.
2. Follow up of vendors for material procurements
3. Maintaining the purchase-related documents and filling
4. Preparing PO’s in ERP system
5. Proper supply of tools & Gauges as per requirement. (No machine will be ideal due to a shortage of required material.)
6. Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition
7. Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization
8. To support and assist Management by providing necessary data as and when required.
9. Maintaining and preparation of documents related to ISO/TS/Audits etc.
10. Local / cash purchasing as per the requirement
11. Co-ordination with Stores department for inventory and stock controlling
12. Reconciliations of supplier payments with coordination with finance/accounts department
13. As per the requirement of organization timely allotted work to be carried

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream

Background Experience:  2– 5 yrs experience
