🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.

• Explain product features, loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms.

• Assess financial needs of customers and collect required documents.

• Coordinate with the credit team for processing and approval.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely disbursement and customer satisfaction.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a strong customer base.

• Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.

• Stay updated on competitors’ products and market trends.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in financial product sales or field sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to travel locally.
