Designation : Sr. Manager – Finance & Treasury 

📍 Location: BKC
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM 
🗓️ Weekends Off - Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sundays Fixed Off

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting as per IND ACS
• Credit Control / Accounts Receivable management
• GST Compliances including returns
• Statutory Audits and Internal Audits
• Ensure FEMA compliance for imports and exports, including timely closure of EDPMS and IDPMS entries.
• Manage working capital limits with banks, ensuring timely reporting, renewals, and favourable terms. Coordinate bank verifications and stock audits.
• Optimize company fund utilization by minimizing idle funds and maximizing returns on surplus through interest earnings.
• Manage forex risk using forward contracts; monitor exposures and report hedges, UCFE, and MTM gains/losses.
• Prepare periodic treasury-related management reports.
• Handle treasury-related requirements during statutory audits.
• Execute any other assignments as directed by management.

Education & required skills:

• Qualified CA
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury management preferably in a multinational corporation having multiple legal entities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, including MS Excel, SAP, or other ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
