Job Description:
An Electrical Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical systems and operations within a designated area or facility during their assigned shift. This role typically involves supervising a team of electricians, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of electrical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records. They are also responsible for implementing safety protocols and coordinating with other departments to maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Management:Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical equipment within the assigned area.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving electrical faults and malfunctions, often requiring root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Safety Compliance:Ensuring all electrical work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
