Job Description:
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and coordinating various sales activities to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflowsThey play a vital role in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support:
      Managing sales documentation, updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and handling customer inquiries. 
       
  • Sales Team Support:
    Assisting with scheduling appointments, organizing sales materials, and coordinating sales presentations. 
     
  • Client Communication:
    Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving basic service issues. 
     
  • Order Processing:
    Managing the flow of orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery. 
     
  • Data Management:
    Maintaining accurate customer records and updating sales databases. 
     
  • Sales Strategy Support:
    Assisting with the implementation of sales strategies and contributing to sales target achievement.
