Quality Supervisor/Foreman For Real Estate Industry At Jaipur

Job Description:

•Regularly check to ensure that the QA/QC procedures are being followed and that all work meets the required quality standards..

•Keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and other QA/QC activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

•Regularly inspect materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.

•Conduct necessary tests on materials and workmanship to verify their quality and compliance with standards.

•Promptly identify and document any non-conformance, deficiencies, defects, or quality issues that may arise during construction.

•Ensure all necessary QA/QC documentation is prepared and maintained, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.

•Prepare regular progress reports and other reports to track project quality and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Additional Details :

Working hours- 9 Hours (Including Lunch break)

Reporting structure- Project Manager

Expected duration- 1 Year

Work Location:

Knowledge City South, Village- Chittora, Via Renewal Manji, Phagi Road, Jaipur – approximately 25 km from Jaipur city.

Relocation:

Candidates can be considered from across India; however, they must arrange their own accommodation.

Fooding and Transportation also to be arranged by their own.

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 years Plus of relevant experience

Interview Process:

Jaipur-based candidates: Face-to-face interview

Outstation candidates: Video interview

Only one round of interview,

Work Schedule:

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday fixed off

Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

On Third Party Payroll (Talisman HR) contractual role for a minimum duration of one year.
