Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plant Operator to manage and monitor machinery and systems in our industrial plant. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, attention to safety, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or process issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control industrial plant equipment and systems.

• Conduct routine checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance.

• Record operational data and maintain logs of machine performance.

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations quickly and appropriately.

• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs or improvements.

• Ensure product quality standards are met during production.

• Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends if required.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment preferred.

• Understanding of safety procedures and plant operations.

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems for data entry and monitoring.

Preferred Certifications (if any):

• Boiler Operation Certification (if applicable)

• Safety or First Aid Training
