Position:          Production Engineer - Fabrication

Location:         Kalol - Gandhinagar

Experience:      3 - 6 Years

Industries:       Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily fabrication activities to meet production targets.
• Review engineering drawings, work orders, and material requirements to determine fabrication methods.
• Supervise and coordinate with welders, fitters, and machine operators on the shop floor.
• Ensure all fabricated products meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce cost/time.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and tools required for fabrication.
• Liaise with the design and QA/QC teams to resolve fabrication issues.
• Implement 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks and safety audits regularly.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports and present them to senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related problems on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

• Should understand the customer requirements and be able to solve the additional requirements as required.
• Should be self-driven, capable of taking up challenges and ownership.
• Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees.
• PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required.
• Good written & oral communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.50  LPA
