Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 5–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare software sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hospital operations, proven experience in B2B software sales, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospital and healthcare sector.

  • Promote and sell Stride’s software solutions (such as HMS, EMR, etc.) to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (doctors, hospital admins, purchase heads).

  • Lead and manage a team of junior sales executives, providing guidance and support.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client sites.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate reports of sales activity, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare or hospital software sales.

  • Strong knowledge of hospital systems, workflows, and buying processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Team leadership or people management experience is a must.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos.
