Key Responsibilities:

๐ Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-ups and client communication

๐ Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other sales documents

๐งพ Maintain proper records of client interactions, quotations, and updates

๐ Support the sales team by sharing regular updates and follow-up plans

๐ง๐ป Work with tools like Excel and WordPress to manage backend tasks

๐ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards

๐ Ensure accurate documentation and timely internal communication

๐งญ Track and manage leads, follow-up schedules, and client status updates

๐ผ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless workflow
Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in back office, sales support, or client coordination

Excellent telecalling and communication skills

Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with WordPress

Good at documentation, data entry, and follow-ups

Organized, self-motivated, and a team player

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
